Frequently Asked Questions

Who does the COEIR fund go to?

The COEIR funds are retained by the COEIR society, and used throughout the year for a variety of activities such as funding faculty research projects, organizing training for faculty on application-based research and commercialization, supporting mentorship of students, travel of students to competitions, organizing the Annual student-faculty-alumni festival, etc. The COEIR decides how the money gets used. The formation of the COEIR was approved by the Director of NITC, in 2023.
